Sky has been practicing and living a Yoga lifestyle for over 30 years. Inspired to teach as a way of learning more, he’s led thousands of classes and many teacher trainings. Ayurveda, Vedanta and most forms of Yoga have greatly influenced his journey. Blessed to have time with Saints and Sages and live with a wise wife and kids, his journey continues to bring opportunities to understand more about life and who’s living it!
