Satyananda Yoga,

Maitri loves to support people. She coaches, lectures, trains and arranges yoga and health retreats in Sweden and abroad.​​
Her own intention is to expand her consciousness and to be kind. Her yoga name is Maitri which means kindness.
Maitri’s knowledge is about how we can increase our well-being by understanding how we function and learning to take direction and make good choices.​​ She lectures on how yoga affects the brain, how we can go from stress to peace and quiet, fasting and well-being, how we can sleep well.​​ Her own intention with yoga is to “hear yourself”, “to hear your soul” and the satyananda yoga tradition is the one closest to her heart.​​
