Maitri loves to support people. She coaches, lectures, trains and arranges yoga and health retreats in Sweden and abroad.
Her own intention is to expand her consciousness and to be kind. Her yoga name is Maitri which means kindness.
Maitri’s knowledge is about how we can increase our well-being by understanding how we function and learning to take direction and make good choices. She lectures on how yoga affects the brain, how we can go from stress to peace and quiet, fasting and well-being, how we can sleep well. Her own intention with yoga is to “hear yourself”, “to hear your soul” and the satyananda yoga tradition is the one closest to her heart.
