Viktor Hultén is passionate about stopping and noticing. His main practice is zazen, sitting meditation. The first retreat he went to was in a Vipassana center in Thailand. He later discovered a Zen temple in Sweden where he went to further retreats. A key for him has been ‘playfulness’. By bringing playfulness into stillness and stillness into the play of life, borders crumble. His invitation to you is to sit in silence and notice.
